How long will you hold my item(s) at the store?

As soon as your order is ready, we will send you a "Ready for Pickup" email to let you know. If you place an order while the store is open, it will typically be ready for pickup within a few hours. If you place an order after your selected store has closed, your order will typically be ready for pickup shortly after the store opens the next morning. Store hours may vary by location.

Is the service available in every State or Territory in Australia?

It definitely is. Whether you are in Queensland, Northern Terriority, Western Australia, Victoria, New South Wales or even Tasmania, our telehealth (or telephone) service is available.

Is the service available outside of capital cities?

Yes, we provide an telehealth (or telephone) service Australia wide. The discreet delivery service is also available Australia-wide

Are the Doctors at Floramist Authorised Prescribers?

Yes, all the Doctors at Floramist are Authorised Prescriber can issue prescriptions. Consequently all the Doctors have approval from the TGA to prescribe alternative medicines to patients under specific circumstances.

Why do I need a follow up consultation?

Follow-up consultations track progress and ensure that your treatment plan is having the desired effect.

Is there a minimum age for a consultation?

TGA guidelines state that individuals under 18 can only access alternative medicines under the guidance of a specialist. If you are considering alternative medication and care for your child, we recommend speaking to your Doctor.

Can I claim my consultation through Medicare?

No, consultations cannot be claimed through Medicare.

How long does my prescription last?

Up to 6 months depending on the number of repeats provided by your Doctor.

If your prescription expires, you will not be able to use any unused repeats after your prescription expiry.

Can I fill out the New Patient registration form before I attend my initial consultation.

Yes, it is mandatory that you complete :

  • New Patient registration form; and
  • Pre-screening Questionnaire before attending our clinic.

Unfortunately if these are not completed the doctor will not be able to see you.

Booking

How can I make a booking?

You can make a booking by clicking on the “Book an Appointment” button on our website.

Alternatively, if the Doctors availability is are unsuitable for you, please get in contact and let us know 24 hours in advance and the Doctor will do their best to reach you at that time.

Can I fill out the New Patient registration form before I attend my initial consultation?

Yes, it is mandatory that you complete :

  • New Patient registration form; and
  • Pre-screening Questionnaire before attending our clinic.

Unfortunately if these are not completed the doctor will not be able to see you.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is required. Before you book we request that you complete:

  • the pre-screening questionnaire to check your eligibility; and
  • New Patient registration form.

If both of these are not completed prior to you appointment the Doctor will not be able to

Payments

How can I pay?

We accept payment by wire transfer, PayPal, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

How can I pay by wire transfer?

Please make sure to specify your order number in your wire transfer and to always pay separately for separate orders. Depending on your bank, it may take between two to four business days until your payment reaches us.

Can I pay by credit card?

You can comfortably and securely pay with your credit card during checkout. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.

What about PayPal?

You can also safely and easily pay via PayPal during checkout. At the end of the ordering process, you will be redirected to PayPal.

Medicare

Can I claim my consultation through Medicare?

No, consultations cannot be claimed through Medicare.

Insurance

Will my health insurance cover the cost of my medication? 

This is dependent on two factors:

  1. your health fund; and
  2. the specific level of coverage you have.

We are provide a tax invoice with your order so that you can speak with your health fund.

Shipping

How are items shipped?

Customer Care Service includes logistics specialists who can securely coordinate all transportation matters on your behalf.

How long will it take to receive an item?

Shipping times will vary, as all items are shipped directly from the dealer. Within the US Parcels usually arrive between 2-3 weeks after your order. Bulky items usually arrive 3-5 weeks after your order.

I need my order to be delivered fast. Can I book express shipment?

We completely understand that delivery of our one-of-a-kind items sometimes just can’t come fast enough. If you are interested in express delivery, please get in touch with us prior to your order at contact@youremail.com. Please note that all express shipments are subject to a surcharge.
