Welcome to (flora)mist™ Shipping Policy. Our goal is to have your medication delivered to you in the fastest way possible.

Express Post with Signature

We offer Express Post shipping with signature required upon delivery for all orders. This means your medication will be delivered to you quickly but also safety.

Shipping Rates

A flat rate of $20 applies Australia Wide.

Delivery Times

Express Post deliveries typically arrive with 1 -2 business days depending on your location within Australia. Most capital city are next day delivery. Orders and Payment received prior to 2pm will be sent for next day delivery except weekends and public holidays Please note delivery times are estimates and be affected by factors outside of (flora)mist™ control.

Tracking Your Medication

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your parcel’s tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery. This will provide you with accurate medication delivery timeframes and when to expect your delivery. 

Signature Requirement

All deliveries required a signature upon delivery. If you are not available to sign for your package, a notice will be left by carrier with instructions on how to collect your order or arrange for a redelivery.

Important Information

It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure that delivery details (address etc) are correct to avoid delays. Our shipping rates are subject to change without notice. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
